Ledlenser HF4 Headlamp

The Ledlenser HF4 Black is a compact head torch for DIY, camping and other activities where you want to keep both hands free. The combination of a spot for longer distances and a wide beam for close range provides a versatile light pattern. With up to 450 lumens, the HF4 shines up to 110 metres. In addition to white light, it also features red light to preserve your night vision. Thanks to Dual Power Source, the head torch works with both the 3 alkaline AAA batteries supplied and rechargeable AAA batteries (not supplied).

Spot and wide beam in one head torch

The HF4 combines focused light for longer distances with a wide beam for close range. This lets you illuminate the path ahead while walking, while also giving you a clear view when, for example, you are busy in the tent or working on something. The lamp head is tiltable, so you can easily direct the light where you need it.

The HF4 also has red light at the front. This preserves your night vision, so your eyes remain adapted to the dark. Useful when you want to check something briefly at night without having to readjust to the dark afterwards.

Controls and light modes of the Ledlenser HF4

The HF4 delivers up to 450 lumens and can be reduced to 20 lumens. At maximum power, the beam distance is 110 metres. If you choose a lower light mode, runtime increases to a maximum of 40 hours.

The light modes are:

Boost: 450 lumens, beam distance up to 110 metres

Power: 300 lumens, beam distance up to 100 metres, runtime up to 2.5 hours

Mid Power: 100 lumens, beam distance up to 60 metres, runtime up to 20 hours

Low Power: 20 lumens, beam distance up to 20 metres, runtime up to 40 hours

Red light: preserves your night vision, so your eyes remain adapted to the dark

Dual Power Source: rechargeable batteries and batteries

The HF4 is powered by 3 AAA batteries. Thanks to Dual Power Source, you can use both rechargeable AAA batteries and regular alkaline batteries. Three AAA alkaline batteries are included. This makes the HF4 practical for use on the move: if your batteries are flat, you can simply insert a new set without having to recharge first.

Compact and resistant to bad weather

Weighing 102 grams including batteries (66 grams without), the HF4 remains pleasantly light on your head. Its compact construction makes it suitable to keep in your toolbox, backpack or camping gear as standard.

Thanks to its IP67 rating, the head torch is well protected against dust and water.
