BKK Trigger-21 UVO

The BB Trigger-21 is BKK’s stinger rig for big soft baits developed in collaboration with Black Bay Lodge. Undergone through extensive testing with numerous big Irish pike, this stinger rig boasts a set of features that re-defines the concept of a stinger rig:

–           Front spring to secure the rig onto the bait

–           Tempered stainless steel components for robustness and extended durability

–           Stiff structure that perfectly adheres to the bait profile

–           Pins covered in plastic material to secure the rig to the bait body

–           BKK Spear-21 treble hooks for unparalleled  penetration

–           Stainless steel swivels to buffer torsional forces

–           Pairable with the BB lead system to adjust the sinking speed and pattern of the bait (2.5g lead included in the package)

It comes in multiple sizes to suit a wide variety of soft baits. Adding the BB lead along the rig also stabilizes the swimming action of the lure and enhances its attractiveness during the fall. Ideal for stop-and-go retrieve.

The BKK Spear 21 UVO is developed for deep freshwater applications to allow anglers to fish a wide range of low light conditions, especially deep and dark waters, ensuring that predator species can spot the lure or the bait.

BKK’s Orange Ultra Violet (UV) paint delivers high contrast, visibility and glows when there is UV light available in the water column.

UV light is able to penetrate down into the water much deeper than visible light. Besides, the hook features a round bend and fine wire (1X) that allow for a quick and deep penetration.

An accurately forged hook shank increases the strength by up to 20%, resulting in a much more durable hook.

Furthermore, the moderate length of the hook shank allows the hook to be used with different types of baits such as swimbait, crankbait, minnow and topwater baits.
